The Community Support Police Officer for Halliwell will be holding drop in sessions if you wish to discuss anything with him.  He will be here at the surgery on Thursday 21 July 2022 between 10am-12noon and Thursday 18 August 2022 between 10am-12noon. 

 

Andrea, our Social Prescriber Link Worker will also be holding drop in sessions on the same day at the same time if you need support with Mental Health, wellbeing, access to nature, budgeting, support as a carer, social isolation, housing, volunteering or employment, please come and speak to Andrea. 

We have a number of different clinicians working with us, GPs, Practice Nurse, Health Care Assistant, Health Improvement Practitioner, Pharmacist, a Mental Health Practitioner & MSK Practitioner - to help us book you in to see the correct person - Reception will be asking you for your name/dob/tele no & what your appointment is regarding, this is to ensure that 1) you are one of our patients and 2) that you are booked with the correct person which will give them time to prepare for your appointment.

 

We are taking on NEW patients, if you are in our practice are and would like to register, please pop into the surgery for more details, we are on the right as you come through the door!

2022 GP Patient Survey Results

COVID 19 UPDATE - The NHS and its partners are working extremely hard to roll out the COVID-19 booster vaccination programme to our communities.  All adults are eligible will be able to book via the National Booking System.  You can book your booster for 3 months from the date of second vaccine, and you can access the National Booking System to book the appointment from 2 months. The NHS are working at pace to increase the availability of appointments so that there are plenty of options for people on the National Booking System. If you have not yet had your 1st, 2nd or booster, please click the link for the National Booking System for clinic details at https://www.nhs.uk/conditions/coronavirus-covid-19/coronavirus-vaccination/ or call 119.
