  • DR MANU JEYAM

    MB BS, MRCP, DRCOG, MRCGP (Qualified 1990 Madras), RCGP GP of the year 2015

    Dr Jeyam has been with the practice since 2004. She is the practice’s GP Trainer. As well as a full general practice service, she has a special interest in child health and diabetes. Dr Jeyam is also the Clinical Lead for the Bolton GP Federation.

  • DR RACHEL JESUDAS

    MBBS, MRCGP (Qualified 2006)

    Dr Jesudas is the newest member of the partnership and joined us in 2010. She is the practice’s GP Trainer. As well as a full general practice service, she has a special interest in respiratory and is the prescribing lead for the practice.

  • DR RITIKA KATHURIA

    Salaried GP

    Dr Kathuria is currently on maternity leave, Dr Al-Hadithi will be with us until she returns.

Nurses

Our nursing team are involved in chronic disease management of patients with asthma, COPD, diabetes, ischaemic heart disease, hypertension, travel advice and vaccinations, childhood immunisations and influenza vaccinations, cervical cytology, contraceptive advice, geriatric screening in the surgery (or at home for the housebound), hormone replacement therapy – checks and advice, minor illness advice, treatment and referral to GP if required.

    Mollie has joined us as our Nurse Associate and will be working alongside Janine.

Health Practitioners

Mo & Raz are our Health Improvement Practitioners at the practice. Mo is with us all day Monday and Raz on Tuesday afternoon. They work alongside our clinical team to support health prevention programmes. clinics are for patients at risk of developing diabetes, patients at risk of developing a cardiovascular disease, patients at risk of alcohol harm, patients aged 40-75 with no precluding cardiovascular disease, NHS Health Checks, cholesterol management, stop smoking support and weight management

Practice Management

The practice manager is involved in managing all of the business aspects of the practice such as making sure that the right systems are in place to provide a high quality of patient care, human resources, finance, patient safety, premises and equipment and information technology. The practice manager supports the GPs and other medical professionals with delivering patient services and also helps to develop extended services to enhance patient care.

Reception

Our reception team are your first point of contact for appointments, prescriptions and general administrative advice. The team is made up of Lucia, Maxine, Kay, Fiona and Khadija.

    Pharmacy Technician

    Jane works across all 6 practices in our Primary Care Network. She joined us in 2020. She supports the practice with our drug safety audits which we do to ensure that the Practice is prescribing safely and effectively. She works alongside the pharmacists and assists with medication queries, reconciling medication after a patient has been in hospital, requests from the hospitals to change any of their current medications.

    Pharmacist

    Amirah is currently on maternity leave. Amirah is one of our Pharmacists and with us all day Tuesday and holds one clinic per week in which she sees patients who need a 6-12 monthly review of their medications. She then supports the doctors with medication queries, reconciling medication after a patient has been in hospital, requests from the hospitals to change any of their current medications.

  • ANDREA HOLLMAN

    Social Prescriber Link Worker

    It’s estimated that one in five of the people who go to see their doctor are troubled by things that can’t be cured by medical treatment, like the effects of poor housing, debt, stress and loneliness. Andrea can help people to identify what matters to them, and work out how to connect with the activities that might make a difference, giving people a sense of belonging that comes from being part of a community group. This can help people to stay physically and mentally well for longer and manage the long-term conditions they might be living with.

  • JENNIFER THOMPSON

    Jennifer joined our team in November 2023 and is an experienced qualified mental health specialist who is employed by the Greater Manchester Mental Health Foundation Trust and commissioned by the Bolton Clinical Commissioning Group. She will be working as part of a neighbourhood of practices and will be running clinics for our patients at our surgery. She can provide brief interventions, spend more time exploring your symptoms/problems and provide specialist advice/ongoing referrals to the Primary Care Psychological Therapy Service (where required)/safety and management plans.

    Trainee Associate Psychological Practitioner (TAPP)

    Helen works with patients aged 18 and over who are struggling with mental health (for example - stress, worry, anxiety, sleep problems, bereavement, grief, low mood & motivation.

  • JAMES LIMBERT

    Musculoskeletal (MSK) Practitioner

    James can help with all soft tissue injuries, sprains, strains or sports injuries – upper and lower limb, arthritis – any joint, possible problems with muscles, ligaments, tendons or bone e.g. carpal tunnel syndrome, tennis elbow, tendon ruptures, spinal pain including neck and lower back pain, spinal pain including arm/leg symptoms – may also have neurological symptoms e.g. pins and needles, numbness, post orthopaedic surgery, mobility changes. He will be able to assess MSK problems, give advice on self-management, provide a simple exercise programme, refer to physiotherapy if require further input. If you have MSK condition - i.e. low back pain, hip pain, knee pain, arm pain etc. you will be able to book an appointment with our MSK practitioner instead of seeing the doctor.

    Steve joined the practice in April 202 and works with all 7 practices of our Primary Care Network. He holds 2 clinics per week at the practice. Steve supports the doctors, seeing patients and visiting. He is able to assess your problem, examine you, organise any tests that may be required and decide, with you, a course of treatment.

    David joined the practice in July 2021.and works with all 7 practices of our Primary Care Network. He holds 2 clinics per week at the practice.
